Advertising on This Site
The advertisements that appear on this site help to fund the development and ongoing costs of publishing this website for our members and the public. Once our expenses are met, excess advertising revenue is earmarked for use in providing LFA Scholarship funds to local students.
Placing an advertisement on the LFA website is an economical and effective
method of reaching a target audience. And remember, not only are
you supporting our organization, advertising costs are a 100% deductible
business expense.
Ads are available in three sizes.
Banners (468 pixels X 60 pixels)
Buttons (120 pixels X 60 pixels)
Double buttons (120 X 120 pixels)
NOTE: Banner ads are NOT available for the Homepage or any of
the Contact Pages. The Google Search Engine feature which is
displayed on other pages, however, can be replaced by a banner
ad.
If your company has it's own website, the button or banner will link to your site. That is, when a viewer clicks on your button or banner a new browser window will open and your website will be shown.
If your company does not have a website, the button or banner
will display your business card in a pop up window when the ad is
clicked. The business card can be set to open a pre-addressed email
message.

Graphics Requirements
Cost of Publication does not include the creation of the graphic images that are to be displayed.
Advertisements placed on the website must be of a specific file
type and file size.
Button ads (120x60px) must be in *.gif or *.jpg format and should
not be larger than 6kb. Double buttons should not be larger than
12kb.
Banners ads (468x60px) must be *.gif or *.jpg format and should not
be larger than 25kb.
